All guests must be 13 or older.  All reservations require a personal phone call and credit card deposit

Any one night stay in season  (May 1st -Oct. 31st)  incurs a $30 cleaning fee

Important notes: First time guests can check-in after 4pm and up until 8pm. No check-in after 8pm. I  cannot leave keys out for late arrivals.  Returning guests can call for door codes and check-in anytime after 4pm   So sorry but if you arrive in the area early there is no place here to “drop off your luggage”.  My responsibilities are extensive, and I have to eat sometimes too!

Fox Hill is especially welcoming for environmentally sensitive guests . ( except for cat allergies) Only non-toxic cleaners are used in the house and linens. A 2-night minimum on all weekends.   Can be Friday & Saturday nights, or Saturday & Sunday nights. A 3-night minimum on all holiday weekends. Last minute cancellations occasionally occur. Call to inquire about last minute, single night weekend availibilities. A 50% deposit per room is required when making a reservation, or full payment if the reservation is for 1 night. Deposit returned, minus $20 administrative fee per room, if cancellation received at least 14 days prior to arrival date. 14-4 days before arrival a cancellation is charged 50% of deposit.   Cancellations less than 4 days forfeit the deposit unless room is re-booked. Fox Hill is not responsible for inclement weather. No refund for early departure, No shows charged full reservation amount. The innkeeper reserve the right to cancel a reservation at their discretion.
